Job Description

A rapidly growing, boutique staffing firm is seeking intrinsically motivated performers to join our team. We are a primary vendor to some of the worlds largest and most interesting companies and work exclusively, directly with hiring managers and key decision makers. This is a Full Desk Recruiter position where you will help identify and secure new clients, as well as identify, screen and place matching candidates to specific roles using various tools and methods for business development and recruiting.

Requirements for Success:

Identify new industry specific clients and build relationships with the executives which will result in new business
Identify qualified candidates to fill specific roles for our clients.
Assist with interview preparations, all communications and extending offers to qualified applicants.
Work with hiring managers to ensure their staffing needs are met.
Assist with any other projects or functions within a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to source passive candidates through networking
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Being able to multitask while staying focused
In depth understanding of technical requisitions
Develop trusted relationships with candidates and clients
Hard working and dilligent -do whatever it takes- attitude
