JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for overseeing coders within the facility. CPT Modyfiers both Hard and Soft. Conducts performance reviews. Monitors coding accuracy. Ensures optimal workflow to facilitate productivity. Performs coding functions as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
CCS or RHIT or RHIA, at least 3 years coding experience with strong Inpatient coding.
