In this position, you will be responsible for Inbound billing, service, and scheduling issues as well as retaining customers who want to cancel. This position is also responsible for outbound calling to resolve billing issues and reschedule appointments.
Given the current state of COVID-19, most of our associates working in customer service positions are working from their homes. Because of this, it's important that all interested candidates have the equipment necessary to work remotely.
This includes having:
+ Reliable WiFi
+ Personal computer/laptop
+ Cell phone (without minute limitations)
+ Headphone with microphone built-in
+ Camera built-in or web-cam
+ Office/Work-space that is quiet and free from distractions
+ Open to a flex schedule for an 8-hour shift between the hours of 7:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. (Monday-Friday) AND three consecutive Saturdays for a 5-hour shift between 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. having the next 12 Saturdays off.
+ Computer Literacy - must be able to type 25/30 WPM and talk simultaneously
+ Computer Literacy - must be able to work in multiple systems, use of dual monitors, web chat applications, etc.
