Job Description Primary Purpose:Serve as a subject matter expert in business analysis. The role includes direction of all activities related to performance of business analysis and specification development, ensuring deliverables meet quality and consistency standards. Act as a bridge between the business needs and the technical capabilities of our team. Responsible for directing business analysis activities for the Enterprise. The incumbent will work with business partners, management team and business analyst's to support the delivery of project priorities and resolve issues and problems for the business. Secondarily, individuals in this role will participate in the development process by contributing compliance-related business requirements, ensuring that the resultant systems are appropriately aligned with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), PCI, and other privacy regulations. Seek positive outcomes by working closely with technology teams, operations, IT department, vendors, other departments and business resources to identify and implement solutions that support the business unit's goals. Experience deriving detailed business process documentation, including narratives and supporting graphical depictions. Participation in discussions with regulatory examiners, regarding system functionality and pertinent automated application controls.
