Role Description Live Event Sales (PRS)

This opportunity is for those that thrive in a results-driven environment. In the PRS position, you will utilize your outstanding sales and influencing skills to directly impact thousands of lives around the world.This role will have you connect with B2C & B2B clients and provide them with the life changing, transformational immersion programs that support their personal and professional growth.

This position is designed for people that possess the balance of a strong Sales Close with the ability to grow, nurture and develop genuine client relationships that go deep and wide. In this role you will be enrolling individuals, families, companies and entire communities to experience the transformational strategies of Tony Robbins.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

  • Excel in a high-performance, direct outbound sales (both B2C and B2B) environment
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings and influence decision makers to take action
  • Grow and build a strong client base through outbound prospecting, lead management, generating and working referrals, networking and using a variety of social media and other marketing platforms and strategies to expand your reach and network
  • Achieve specific designated event sales and revenue goals through an inherent understanding of KPI's and performance metrics
  • Report activity and results on a daily basis by utilizing systems and reporting as set forth by management
  • Proactively improve performance through coaching and feedback provided by management

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years proven sales track record (preferably in B2C)
  • Ability to work with multiples systems as required (experience with Salesforce is strong plus)
