Job Description

Candidates will be responding to warm leads from small business owners who are interested in insuring their employee. This role is responsible for helping businesses simplify and streamline how they manage their existing health benefits. As a Client Operations Analyst, you act as the owner for Broker of Record changes. You will be an advocate for and advisor to small business owners as they transition their health benefits to our client. When required, you will work with prospective customers to advise them on the process, provide guidance, and identify and gather required documentation. You will also work with insurance carriers to migrate and establish small business health insurance plans to our client. This role requires productive collaboration with other members of the team as well as carriers to resolve friction or exceptions in the process.

You'll have unique insight and access into the full broker-of-record change process at our client, and you'll be empowered through data analytics to propose process improvements or product enhancements to improve the customer experience.

As a critical member of the Revenue Operations team, you will be responsible for growing the company's revenue from new business and Broker of Record as well as increasing the number of small business groups and employees purchasing insurance through our client.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in an operations, sales, or analyst role
  • Highly productive with good multitasking skills
  • Passion for helping people - especially when it comes to their health
  • Familiarity working with support ticketing and/or support CRM software tools
  • Fantastic oral and written communication skills
  • Strong desire to help businesses maximize their health care
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
