Job Title Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits Functional Consultant Location Las Vegas, Nevada Duration 6-12Months Job Description Client is seeking Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits Functional Consultant with Implementation and Application Support experience . The position primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and responsible for successfully implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and compensation modules in Agile mode . This position will be responsible for leading the discussions for the design and development of all the associated components such as Data migration, integrations and reports for Core HR and Compensation areas. Required Qualifications: Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Las Vegas, NV, USA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US and Canada. Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree 6+ years of Information Technology experience 4+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits 2+ years of experience in working on at least two additional Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Compensation and Learning Management Hands on experience in working on Oracle Global HR Cloud for US and Canada Knowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement the project in Agile mode Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required; we are not able to sponsor at this time Preferred Qualifications: 4+ years of experience with Implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules Candidate should be proficient in all the Benefits Processes in USA Ability to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports related to Benefits Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Payroll batch loader. Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams Experience managing team size of 5+ would be a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of Oracle EBS HRMS Core HR and Advanced Benefits
