A medical device company is looking for a Remote Human Resources Representative. The HR Representative is responsible for supporting the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team in the areas of contingent workforce management, employee relations, workforce planning and talent management. This role partners directly with the HRBP team as well as business leaders and staffing agencies to assist with onboarding, internal moves and offboarding. The HR Rep also assists the HRBP team with the administration of performance appraisals, compensation reviews, employee development, employee relations and the off-boarding process. Minimum Requirements- 4 years of general human resources experience including administration, HRIS, performance management and employee relations.- Experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment. - General knowledge of employment laws and hiring practices.- Ability to partner with all levels of leadership to assist in various aspects of the employee lifecycle Desired Skills- Experience in a medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical environment preferred.
