Due to our consistent growth, we want to add a Marketing Technology expert to our team. If you are an expert in technical SEO and strategy, website builds/migrations, and extensive HubSpot knowledge, please read on!

What You Will Be Doing

The Lead Technical Consultant will be a strategic thinker interested in building websites that drive conversions. You are a marketing technology expert that brings outstanding client-facing communication skills and experience to the role. In this role, you will show off your SEO skills alongside clients to build or migrate websites. You'll lead the way throughout the process, from URL mapping to UX analysis and everything in between. This role combines client-facing and collaborating with coworkers in a dynamic and exciting environment.
- Lead client meetings to present our offerings: HubSpot CMS, custom/third-party integrations, re-platforming
- Consolidate client feedback and communicate it to internal team
- Research third-party apps and recommend options to clients based on specific KPIs, feature requests, and business use cases
- Create website migration strategy, plans, and dashboards
- Share web page architecture expertise and CMS Hub functionality with coworkers and support dev during the builds
- Analyze and integrate data into HubSpot
- Use data to deliver marketing strategy recommendations to clients
- Ensure products from our dev/design teams through meticulous QA
- Lead website launches and post-launch assessment/troubleshooting
- Head up CRO strategy conversations
- Work with marketing experts to support initiatives via smart, custom-tailored website strategies

What You Need for this Position

- HubSpot and Marketing Automation Tech Expert
- Technical SEO and Strategy Expertise
- Website Builds and Migrations (URL Mapping, Metadata)
- Experience navigating HubSpot CMS and similar
- Web Page Archutecture

Knowledge of/Experience with:
- HubSpot Themes/Modules - CMS Hub
- HubDB, Databases, HTML/CSS, DNS/Servers
- UI/UX, User Flows, Front-End Website Specs
- QA Experience

Bonus/Nice to have:
- APIs
- Data Mapping and Processing
- DB Structure
