Job Description

*Day-2-Day*

The Human Resources Coordinator will support and collaborate with the Compensation and Benefits function. This role will help with tactical execution and basic level analysis for compensation matters and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will be organized, driven, analytical, and results focused.

*Essential Responsibilities*

* Audits data to identify areas to be addressed by Compensation team
* Pull job descriptions from online resources and adapt it to company specific templates
* Upload job descriptions to internal system
* Completes records, reporting, and other documentation required by federal, state, and provider rules, regulations, and policies.
* Escalates issues with benefits administration for higher level support
* Participates in strategic Compensation and Benefits projects

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 per hour
