We are in search of Professionals identified with Recruitment & Headhunting, to work as independent consultants in our various regional projects in the United States. Building great teams end-to-end, fully remote and from anywhere in the world.This position will report to the Regional Recruitment Leader.Requirement: Professionals in Human Resources Management or related careers or the equivalent.2 years of experience working in ATS Systems.3 years of experience with variety of recruitment methods such as networking, Job site, LinkedIn, and social media use. 2 years of successful full-cycle and high-volume recruitment and sourcing experience in IT areas.He/she must have qualified experience in the cycle of the recruitment process of candidates through effective telephone screens and face-to-face interviews.He/she will determine candidate selection strategies and vacancy advertising campaigns.Desired skills for recruitment success: excellent interpersonal relationships, digital skills, flexible to working hours, excellent written and verbal communication, managing time and adaptation to change.
