Day-to-Day \*
We are looking for a help desk technician to join a fast paced and growing help desk environment. This organization takes over 40 calls per day and provides level one support to thousands of end users throughout the country. We are looking for a motivated and self sufficient individual who is looking for be part of a team. He or she should have at least one to two years of technical help desk and phone support experience including password resets, Microsoft Office, Outlook issues, and network connectivity. There is room to grow within the organization however the candidate should plan to learn in the help desk role for a good period of time before moving on. He or she must have excellent customer srvice skills and be able to multi-task, take tickets, update email requests, and take a high volume of calls at once. He or she will only be responsible for troubleshooting internal end user requests but must be able to walk through a scenario with a non technical user. He or she w! ill be responsible for diagnosing, evaluating, and prioritizing requests for assistance from team members experiencing problems with hardware, application software, Windows operating systems, networking, and other computer related issues. He or she must also be able to dispatch field service resources as needed for hardware repairs.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
