Job Description

GuideStar is seeking a remote healthcare recruiter to join its growing team. The Healthcare Recruiter serves as an expert in recruiting candidates in a highly competitive, medical landscape. This position is responsible consulting with hiring managers on staffing needs and recruitment strategy. Conducting multi-state talent acquisition: recruiting, screening and recommending placement of clinical staff (Nurse Practitioners, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Clinical Psychologists and Post-Doctoral candidates) through creative sourcing methods and integrating appropriate interview styles.
In this role, you will:

Ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Collaborate with the management team to proactively identify present and future hiring needs
Identify and utilize relevant job advertising and recruitment platforms.
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy for assigned region(s).
Source and attract candidates.
Interview and filter candidates for open clinical positions.
Schedule interviews for all stages of the interview process.
Maintain candidate status reporting.
Verify candidate licensing.
Compose and send Letter of Intent to candidates who accept verbal offer from hiring manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required, Human Resources preferred.
Provider recruitment experience preferred.
3-5 years' experience as an in-house healthcare recruiter required .
Experience effectively utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems to manage recruitment process
Experience in social media and web-based recruitment.
Successfully pass pre-employment background testing, including motor vehicle record review and drug screening.
