**Now Hiring for a large Pharmacy Benefit Management company in the Phoenix Area****Job Description:**As a **Customer Service Representative** your main responsibilities will include:Taking Inbound calls from members that have Medicare Part D, answering questions regarding prior authorizations, co-pays and general medication questions. Make outbound calls to current members for follow up conversations. Typically, calls will be 90% inbound and 10% outbound. Answering questions from a variety of different insurance companies regarding general pharmacy questions, co-pays & prior authorizations. Customer Service Representatives will take an average of 80 calls per day, all calls will be monitored for quality and accuracy.**Preferred Skills:**+ Customer service or call center experience+ Any type of medical education is a plus+ Strong desire to start a career within the healthcare industry+ Having an understanding of pharmaceuticals is a plus!+ Initiative & a sense of urgency+ Resourcefulness and troubleshooting skills+ Active listening skills**Why Apply...****Pay:** $16.75/Hr**Location:** Training will be remote. All candidates must be willing to commute to South Tempe when the company returns to office**Schedule:** Must be available between the hours of 5am - 10pm.
