Equivalent Experience

Description:
Looking for work from home customer service representatives to help resolve member routine service inquiries. These inquiries range from claim processing, member benefits education, contracting and credential request, eligibility inquiries, and transportation arrangements.

NOTE: Applicants must sit out of Dayton OH or the surrounding area

Pay rate: $15/HR

Shift:
Training: 8:00am - 5:00pm
After training: 8:00am - 8:00pm (shift will be assigned after training) Shift is first come first serve, Must be flexible

Must Have Skills:
Call Center Experience, Computer Proficiency, Phone Etiquette

Experience Level:
Entry Level
