What You Will Be Doing
Needs to be very proficient in Encompass.
Underwrite residential loans (Agency, FHA and VA.) to ensure compliance with company and investor standards and overlays.
Examine all loan documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Review AUS findings and rerun as needed.
Interact directly with loan originator.
Customer service focused.
Direct access to management and Company owners.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Underwriter who is looking for a change away from a big corporate environment.
