This role contributes to the success of the organization by focusing on the finance integration of The Bountiful Company (TBCo) at the direction of the Vice President, Enterprise Program Management Officer.Key Responsibilities:Lead End-to-End business process review for the future state definition of the ERP processes/system.Participate in assessments and gap analyses as part of the Business Blueprint Definition to define requirements and confirm integration plan.Assess and validate the scope and impact of required change across the impacted business areas. This includes understanding the depth of business process change, potential issues with technology adoption and degree of effort required to drive faster adoption and higher utilization.Support mobilization of business resources for all project phases, such as acceptance testing, end user training, cutover preparation and hypercare.Drive cross-functional collaboration through clear and timely communication at all levels of the organization.Support escalated issues as needed to facilitate cross-functional discussions and assure alignment with Executive Leadership Team.Assure Nestle standards and best practices are being attained as part of the integration.Up to 25% travel may be requiredExperience and Education RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance or related area; Master's degree is a plus.5+ years' experience in finance roles including demonstrated experience with managing and analyzing financial information such as revenue and costs in P, real internal growth, organic growth, expenses in cost centers, cost of projects, IT products, profit centers & working capital and automated Period End Close in order to produce quickly all these financial reporting elements. Experience should include working on the corresponding Information Technology (IT) solutions to these Finance processes.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across broad audiences, including senior-level stakeholders (verbal & written communications)Demonstrated success supporting & driving complex cross-functional projectsAbility to link strategy to clearly defined actionable initiativesUnderstand and anticipate needs from stakeholdersProven track record of creating, executing and managing project plansTrack record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentSense of urgency to deliver both short-term and long-term resultsStrong negotiation and influence skills for internal and external partiesPreferred SkillsUnderstanding of Vitamins, Minerals, Herbals and Supplements (VMHS) industry is a plusExperience with M Integration and/or ERP Implementation activities is a plusCross-functional understanding of the enterprise business environment and organizationThe Nestle Companies are an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer seeking diversity in qualified applicants for employment.
