Licensed Clinician needed for the DC/Maryland/Virginia area!

Pay: Negotiable

 

We are seeking a Licensed Family Counselor (LPC; LCSW; LMFT; Psychologist, PhD) to contract with our team. Recognizing the profound impact Autism has on the family and support system, we seek to provide broad collaborative care. We are seeking counselors/therapists with comprehensive based therapy and psychological testing skills that range from adults to pediatrics. The counselor will focus on providing family counseling services and support to the families and caregivers of Autistic children following our relational Autism care model.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Psychologist, PhD, in the state of Virginia, Maryland, and/or D.C.(DMV) (Required).
• Must pass all clearances
• Autism experience: 3 years (preferred)
  • Psychological diagnosis, adults, adolescents, and pediatrics

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday (after school hours preferred)
• Saturday (if desired)
• Remote/Telehealth (up to 90%)

 

Responsibilities

• Provide family counseling services to families, siblings, and caregivers of Autistic children
• Work closely with our team on the implementation of the treatment and support plan
• Monitor the progress of the treatment and support plan through regular contact with the family/caregivers
• Coordinate monthly community outreach, messaging, and meetings, about our vision and counseling support
