Job Description

The CSI Companies is actively seeking a Remote Executive Sourcer for our client. This is a REMOTE opportunity for a well-known accounting organization and one of the largest professional services networks in the world.
The CSI Companies understands that an attractive benefits package is important for recruiting above-average candidates. Contract terms/length: 8 month contract with potential to extend based on performance and business need, but no guarantee
Schedule: Standard business hours
Job Details:
Primary focus on high potential candidates and future interest candidates in our client by creating a pipeline aligned to the particular function area of support. Assist with the execution of the sourcing mission, strategy, tools and processes for a given competency/industry line.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Collaborate with recruiting managers to execute sourcing strategies that align to business needs
  • Proactively network for referrals that will identify additional talent for the Sourcing Team
  • Assist with the prescreening and delivery of active/passive and interested candidates to the supported Recruiting Team
  • Capture and report on key metrics that show results, trends and opportunities in key talent markets and supported business
  • Maintain sourcing databases to ensure all data is captured, updated and reported properly
  • Assist with the research and maintenance of creative sourcing tools and resources
  • Participate in the implementation of sourcing programs with strategic and creative thinking, project management, and analytic skills
Basic qualifications:
  • 5+ years of sourcing experience in a professional services firm ideally working with senior level talent or roles
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience and passion for building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
  • Strong influencing capabilities
  • Excellent judgement and strong interpersonal skills including a proven track record of being able to connect as a trusted peer
  • Comfort with change and willingness to adapt an approach particularly in the context of evolving search parameters or timelines
