Job Description

A client of Insight Globals in the Revenue Cycle space is looking for an experienced Executive Sales Director to join their team. They will report directly to the National VP, Business Development, Hospital and Physician Revenue Cycle Outsourcing. The Executive Sales Director is primarily responsible for selling all outsourced revenue cycle management services related to Acute Care and Provider Revenue Cycle outsourcing to Hospital/Health System and academic medical center and independent physician office space, including existing customers and target prospects. This will be a remote position, however, frequent travel is required (~60% dependent on COVID policies/regulations) throughout their prospective region. We would like candidates to ideally be located in the region they will be supporting, however we are willing to speak to candidates who may be located elsewhere that have interest in frequent travel to these locations.

Experience working at a RCM Company
Bachelors degree or 10 years of relevant experience

5+ years of high level sales experience within the revenue cycle process (NOT software solutions, think more so business outsourcing/managed service deals)

Has a hunter mentality is proactive, energetic, focused, passionate

Is okay with high travel throughout their region post Covid

Strong post-sales account management skills will be responsible for initial sale to client, and add on sales in the future

Experience working with & closing business deals with high level executives CFO, COO, CEO, etc.
