TEKsystems has a remote contract role for an enterprise (ERP) applications support analyst. Client runs Dynamics 365 and Salesforce but any ERP or CRM support experience is acceptable. The main duties will be:
Main point of contact for production support application issues
Triage application issues through end-user interaction and technical troubleshooting to resolve technical end user tickets
Triage integration issues
Identify system bugs, configuration adjustments, and performance issues partnering with Application Teams to resolve the underlying root causes
Prioritize small enhancement tickets with application team to solve end-user pain points
Provide testing after releases to validate end to end connectivity
Drive Root Cause Analysis / Corrective Action activities related to user and training tickets
Document all technical architecture, troubleshooting steps, and day-to-day procedures in the knowledgebase to share across IT
