Job Description

We are actively seeking a dedicated Employment Attorney with over 2 years of hands-on experience in litigation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing all facets of litigation, from responding to and propounding written discovery to taking and defending depositions, as well as drafting and responding to motions. A strong academic background and experience with class certification motions are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive legal research to support cases and provide informed legal advice.
Draft, review, and prepare claims, employment contracts, and other pertinent legal documentation to ensure they are legally sound and clear.
Offer timely and accurate legal advice to clients on a range of employment-related matters.
Engage in negotiations on behalf of clients to resolve disputes or finalize agreements.
Represent clients in court hearings, ensuring their rights and interests are adequately defended and upheld.
Work diligently to serve the best interests of both employers and employees, ensuring fair treatment and adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
Stay updated with the latest developments in employment legislation to provide the most current advice and representation.
Make in-person appearances at court hearings, depositions, and other relevant events, as required.


Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on litigation experience.
Proven experience with class certification motions.
Strong analytical, research, and negotiation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity and meeting deadlines.
