*NOTE: This role requires specifically Pharma industry experience.Our client crafts strategically driven, creatively focused stories through live and digital experiential marketing engagements that deliver measurable results for their clients. We are searching for a Digital Producer to work remotely for their team. Reporting to the Director, the Digital Producer - Pharma develops and delivers all aspects of digital experiences, large and small, including websites, virtual events and exhibits, interactive engagements, and other custom creative concepts for our clients in the regulated Pharma space.The Digital Producer coordinates a full multi-disciplinary team -including strategists/writers, creative designers, graphic designers, interactive designers, developers, special effects producers and sales teams-from creative concept to final delivery. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university; and 7+ years' experience as a Digital Producer; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Oversees and manages the production of from initial concept through scripting, storyboarding, production/development, and delivery.Provides overall production direction and ensures that project goals, objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved.Captures scope of requirements and translates them into functional specifications, with support from internal teams or vendors.Assists in the preparation of proposals that include project description, budgets, schedules, functional specifications and wireframes (if available), scripts, designs of key screens and other supporting materials.Budgets proposals for concepts. Creates and manages budgets for multiple types of deliverables within a given project or program.Apply an understanding of programming concepts and application architecture to guide digital projects and ensure that partners are delivering on client objectives.Supports creative teams in development of concepts - providing knowledge, expertise and researching new products and services.Supports the project team in ensuring that assets are delivered for client review and applicable regulatory approval processes (e.g.: Medical/Legal Review)Participates as a member of, and sometimes leads project teams including art directors, creative directors, copywriters, content experts, interface designers, developers, technical leads, account managers, and/or project managers.Determines, allocates, and monitors technical and financial resources necessary to complete projects.Coordinates and manages activities of project team members, ensuring that project tasks are completed on time and within budget. Desirable Skills and Abilities 7+ years' experience producing content and digital activations for clients or agenciesSpecifically, experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, working in an agency or for a brandKnowledge of the digital landscape, including streaming solutions, videoconferencing platforms, virtual event platforms is a plus.Experience in physical tradeshows and/or events is a plusA strong understanding of UI/UX design, and how users learn about brands and interact with others via virtual experiencesSolid knowledge of installing and monitoring analytics tool like Google Analytics for digital productsStrong knowledge of software related to web design, video editing and graphic designA working knowledge of computer programming languages is an assetMust be able to communicate digital concepts to internal staff and clientsStrong experience managing teams of various types of players with diplomacy, concern for their varied points of view, and the ability to understand how they all fit together: creatives, engineers, programmers, AV technicians, designers, clients, and account teamsUnderstanding of data privacy rights and policies as they relate to the collection of individual's information on virtual experiencesKnowledge of accounting/financial processes. Excellent Excel skills.Excellent management of external partnersOrganization and detail-oriented. Able to maintain all project documentation, from proposal to timelines to final reconciliation.Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Other creative tools are a plus.Knowledge and comfort around working with digital platforms and tools; coupled with a familiarity with big players in the spacePoise under pressure, and a good sense of humor are appreciated.
