Job Description Role - Remote Desktop Support (Application Coordinator) Location - Houston, TX (Local Preferred) Job Description - Conducts BU / Platform engagements with the Digital Managers and Platform Applications Coordinators Work with Business Unit leadership to gather application lists for Business Units. Schedule meetings with different Business Units and respective Client teams to ensure that critical applications are packaged for Modern Desktop platform Track and Manage status of application lists by Business Unit and status of their packaging for Modern desktop Work with Business units to gather web based application list for Business Units and ensure that same are tracked and prepared for use on modern desktop Work with vendors or app specialists as needed along with Client teams to ensure products are avail on Modern Desktop Platform in a timely manner. Use the Incident Management System to document and manage problems and work requests and their respective resolutions. Responds to telephone calls, email, instant messages, and assigned work requests from leadership and PO staff; Assign work orders / incidents to appropriate support teams and follow up until closure.
