Candidate will perform analytics required to develop strategy and approach for identifying impacted customers as well as selection criteria for population identification and financial and non financial (credit bureau updates) impacts. Requires not only the ability to code and access multiple data types but also skilled in the ability to document work, technical specifications and communicate with business partners.
**Needing data analyst with experience in multiple data platforms, SAS and/or SQL programming. Strong critical thinking around data forensics. Able to document work and technical specifications. Able to investigate and interpret data never before seen. Willing and able to challenge business assumptions. Able to identify data anomalies and consider why and how they could impact results.** Must be an expert in this area.
Need a deep understanding and experience working with complex data in multiple data systems/fields and LOBs, responding to ad-hoc data requests from key external stakeholders, data science background , forensic analytics, and strong ability for to identify data root cause issues with the ability to create immediate solutions
Proven experience operating a high functioning shop (e.g. developing/overseeing sustainable practices and procedures, detailed and accurate documentation procedures and repeatability standards, enforcing accountability for high quality work among a large number of analysts)
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in gathering, analyzing and interpreting large datasets
Knowledge and understanding of consumer lending data and analytics
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Ability to work cohesively and collaborate with analytic functions throughout the organization

8+ years of SQL/SAS programming
