The ideal candidate will have most of the following:
- 5+ years of customer success experience
- Experience working in the SaaS and/or PaaS space
- Background in DevOps, CI/CD, testing, QA, etc.
- Experience owning customer renewals and expansions
- Strong relationship/account management skills
- Experience uncovering business needs and establishing strategic plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
