Rent Dynamics is looking for new Full-time Remote Contact Center team members to join our growing team. We are a software technology company in the Multi-family Housing industry. Our Contact Center helps provide leasing and resident support for individuals all over the country 24/7, 365 days a year. We provide a fun, driven, and energetic environment where you can increase your earnings potential based on performance (quarterly raises). QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Full-time availability (30-40 hours per week)
  • Experience with customer service practices and principles
  • A friendly, helpful disposition
  • Good listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Must be comfortable using computers while talking to people on the phone
  • Basic typing skills (min. 25+ words per minute)
  • Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately when required

  • Personal desktop or laptop computer with Windows 10 or Mac operating system
  • Stable home Internet service, wired connection preferred
  • 50 mbps download and 5 mbps upload Internet speeds
  • Cannot use satellite, hotspots, MIFI devices, wireless AC wall plug-in extenders, repeaters, boosters and/or pods nor wall outlets (smart home feature)
  • Established or Dedicated work area at home
