Job Description

Description:

Contractors will be responsible for responding for responding about 60-70 inbound calls a day from plan participants regarding the companies products and their benefits. This position will have frequent customer contact and interact across multiple departments on a daily basis.

80% inbound calls

20% emails in Outlook

Skills:

Customer Service, Administrative Support, call center, Excel, CRM, insurance, COBRA, health insurance, HIPAA

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

-1+ years customer service experience from within a Healthcare (Payer or Provider) company

-High School Diploma

- Proven success working both independently and as a team

- Strong organization

*Must be able to travel to the office on the first day of training*
