Job Description

One of our large Healthcare companies is seeking remote Customer Service Representatives to join their team. The goal of this project is to read off lab or covid test results to the patients. All calls will be inbound calls, and you will be responsible for confirming who is calling by asking Name, Address, Zipcode, etc and then reading off results. An ideal candidate has a healthcare background, extremely professional communication, and can work a flexible schedule. You will need to have a WINDOWS 10 based system, no Macbook or Chromebook and have wifi/router connection. All agents are required and expected to be courteous and helpful to all callers. Agents will be thoroughly trained for success on this project. Training is 3 days and you will need to attend all 3 days of training - no scheduling conflicts during training. This is an on-going project with no set end date yet.

Shifts:

(8-4:30) Sun-Thurs/ Tues-Saturday

(11:30-8) Sun-Thurs/ Tues-Saturday

(2:30-11:00) Sun-Thurs/ Tues-Saturday

Minimum Requirements

Customer Service oriented

Good communication and professionalism

Can work 40 hours weekly

Detail oriented

Windows 10 based system - NO macbook or Chromebook
