Job Description

A large managed care company is seeking remote customer service representatives for one of their Health Care Providers. Are you friendly, passionate about helping others and flexible and would love to work from home? We have the perfect position for you. CCA/ Eternal/ Oschner will all be helping with Open Enrollment for the Medicare season. They will be taking calls from inbound callers with questions about the insurance plans for Medicare Advantage. You will be responsible for answering these calls and transferring them to the appropriate department depending on the situation. Their will be a script that you will need to follow and all calls are recorded. If you have a background dealing with Health Insurance or Medicare, that is highly preferred. It is a really good starting point for someone that may want to become a licensed agent for the next season.


Sun-Thursday 8AM-4:30PM EST

Tues-Saturday 8AM-4:30PM EST

Minimum Requirements

-Background in Health Insurance or Medicare

-Customer Service oriented

-Good communication and professionalism

-Can work 40 hours weekly

-Detail oriented

- Internet Explorer 11 & Windows 10 based system - NO macbook or Chromebook

-Ethernet Cord

-Wireless Headset preferred
