Job Description

This is a work from home position where the experience required is minimal. The candidates are going to get experience doing open enrollment/insurance which will be valuable when finding other opportunities. Equipment is provided and all the candidates need is home Wi-Fi.This is a WFH Call Center opportunity - training will be at home**Job Description**A Business Processing company has won the contract to service Connecticare for the state of Connecticut. These calls are inbound, members calling in to gain information about enrollment wand with general questions about their accounts.Call Center hours of operations are Monday through Friday 8:00AM-6:00PM,Can expect 8 hour shifts either 8-4:30PM, 8:30-5:00PM, 9-5:30PM, 9:30-6:00PM**Additional Skills & Qualifications**Experience Required High school diploma or GED Minimum of 6 months call center experience or at least 1 year of customer service experience**About Aerotek:**We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
