Bilingual Customer Service Specialist Career Opportunity:

The Bilingual Customer Service Specialist is a key member and contributor in creating an amazing, one-of-a-kind patient experience. Successful candidates will work remotely 90% of the time with occasional visits to our HQ, all while engaging, entertaining, and caring for our patients. Are you hungry to learn new things? Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Be yourself!;
  • Proactively engage and entertain our patients;
  • Educate our patients and surrounding communities;
  • Process payments;
  • Gather patient health history;
  • Schedule appointments;
  • Performs all other duties as assigned; and,
  • Ability to communicate clearly with team and doctors - This is KEY!

Qualifications:

  • Previous dental experience is preferred but not a must;
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is required;
  • Must be able to commute to our Headquarters in Fort Worth, TX for training and other employee events;
  • This position may require the employee to use his/her personal vehicle to travel to different work sites during the course of the workday, which means you would need an active, valid Driver's License.
