Job Description

***This is a Work from Home position, but you must reside within 1 hour of Orlando, FL***


Candidate will be working for a Business Processing company that has a contract to service Georgia Natural Gas . These calls are inbound calls from customers with inquiries on their bill, service, cancelling service, starting up service, assistance with accounts, financial assistance, payment plans, process payments.

Call Center hours of operations are Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM EASTERN time and Saturday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM EASTERN TIME time. Shifts will be determined towards the end of training. Must be available for all.

Essential Job Functions

An agent's schedule can have the variation of any eight hour shift between the hours of 7AM - 8PM. Typically, schedule generation returns the following band schedules:


Respond to various customers billing and service related inquiries via telephone and in writing

Enroll new customers, offering appropriate products and services

Process payments for current or outstanding balances

Collect outstanding balances and/or negotiate appropriate payment arrangements

Utilize various Faneuil and client software packages

Ensure Customer Satisfaction & First Call Resolution

Appropriately handle emergency calls regarding gas leakage, odor of gas, explosions and fires

Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

Minimum of 6 months call center experience or at least 1 year of customer service experience

To Qualify You Will Need • Internet Service: • minimum of 5.0 mbps download • minimum of 25.0 mbps upload
