Our Customer Service Department is seeking qualified applicants to provide customer service to our merchants. We are interested in candidates with a strong background in Customer Service, an understanding and appreciation for excellence.



Job Requirements:

Responsibilities


-Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions.


-Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.


-Develop a thorough understanding of all products/services for the client assigned, and ensure various promotional offerings match the territory assigned


-Maximize client satisfaction through consistent communication on all products and services offered


-Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
