This is a full-time position in Salt Lake City, UT with a training date in November. ***Must live within a 50 mile radius to Down Town SLC***The Customer Service Representative provides front-line operational support for the Contact Center. In this role, you will respond to questions, issues and complaints pertaining to Veterans' services and concerns. Phone calls are from a wide variety of individuals including veterans, their family members and/or representatives, VA Employees. In addition to your hourly rate, you will have the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses!Currently, our Team is teleworking from home; however, you must have the capability to work onsite at our Salt Lake City office and may be relocated there permanently after social distancing restrictions have been lifted.Only candidates with Call Center Experience listed on their resume will be considered.
