This is a 6-month full-time contract position working around 40 hours a week making $14hr. Bilinguals can make up to $14.50. Must be located in the State of California near the cities Fresno, Modesto or Sacramento for equipment pickup.
Faneuil is a Business Processing company that has won the contract to service the Covered CA Calls. These calls are for members of CA seeking insurance through the state of California. Agents can expect to take 20-25 calls per day ranging around 15-20 minutes per call. The most important parts of this job are quality customer service and attendance. They want to service the customer the first time, so they limit the number of calls backs they are receiving. These are inbound calls, pin reset calls, enrollment calls, working with applicants to complete their applications and sign of for medical insurance. Entering applicant information demographic information etc. to complete the applications.
• Use automated systems to review, enter, update and report unemployment claim information.
• Follow established protocol to take statements; key information from claimants and employers; and prepare and process documents which are used to adjudicate claims and make accurate determinations.
• Complete training and understand business functions.
• Provides efficient service to customers and prospects on all patron-based on customer needs.
• Providing stellar customer service.
• Understanding customer needs, determines the appropriate course of action to meet those needs and completes or initiates the transaction.
