Job Description

CareCar is a technology and health services company looking for highly motivated customer service agents/care coordinators to work from home. We are looking for individuals bi-lingual and fluent in both Spanish and English.

We are looking for someone who shares our passion for helping people and great experiences.The role available requires the agent to be bilingual in Spanish and English and includes the following responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.• Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our service inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Coordinate trips for health plan members
  • Routing and dispatching drivers and providers
  • Ensure patients are picked up and dropped off in a timely manner
  • Scheduling Trips for Health Plan Members
  • Verifying eligibility for Health Plan Members
  • Give Active Trip Updates
  • Change or Cancel current reservations
  • Answer general Customer Service questions and transfer to the appropriate department when required
  • Confirm Trip Details for Future Trips
  • Maintain Privacy under HIPAA Guidelines• Maintain and improves quality results by adhering to standard and guidelines; recommending improved procedures
  • Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Must be willing to train to simple software and phone platform.
  • Must have a space to work from home with a computer and reliable wifi.
