Job Description

We are hiring REMOTE Customer Service Representatives for our Client in San Diego You must train onsite the firstday and then the remainder of the contract will be REMOTE YOU MUST be located within TWO hours of San Diego,you will need to report to the office for 4 hours on the first day located in Mission Valley, San DiegoStart Date: September 20th OR October 4thPay Rate: $17 English $17.75 Bilingual- Spanish or FrenchLocation: REMOTE after the first day to pick up equipment which is located in Mission Valley, San DiegoDuration: 4-6 Month ContractHours: Must be open Monday-Friday 6 AM- 6 PM for an 8-hour shift dailyNO time off will be approved from September to the first two weeks of December and JanuaryQualifications: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 1-2 Years of Customer Service Experience- working in Retail, Call Centers or Restaurants Excellent written and verbal communication skills Drive and motivation to succeed in the performance-based position Desire to pursue a career in health care benefits or Human Resources Associates or Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required Bilingual: Spanish or French is a bonusDay to Day Job Duties: Quickly build rapport and compassionately respond to customers by identifying and exceeding expectations by responding in a respectful, accurate, timely manner, consistently meeting commitments via phone, email, and instant message. Answer a high volume of calls throughout the day, place outbound calls when needed and utilize email and chat features. You will start on one client, and with your dedication to our clients, you will be cross-trained to assist multiple clients. You must have the ability to customize the customer service approach to meet all types of member communication styles and personalities while maintaining professionalism, and diplomacy during difficult calls.
