Remote Customer Service

Adecco is hiring immediately for Virtual Customer Service jobs at Radial in the St. Petersburg, FL area. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will take customer calls, process orders, and provide issue resolution. Apply now and schedule an immediate interview!

Requirements:

This position is entry-level, no experience needed

Must have high speed hardware internet (Wi-Fi/Satellite will not work)

Must have a compatible modem (candidate must bring modem make/model info to interview)

Strong customer service and problem resolution skills

Strong computer skills required to be successful in role

Ability to navigate through multiple windows and screens

Must have a quiet place to work with no distractions

Working personal phone for communication required during training

Ability to work mandatory overtime as needed

You must have the ability to pick up the equipment provided for the assignment from your local Adecco branch
