PeopleShare is hiring Customer Service Representatives in Harrisburg, PA starting at $18/hr!



Job Details for Customer Service Representative:

  • Schedule: 40 hours/ 5 days a week - schedule will vary (Monday- Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.)
  • Pay Rate: $18/hr

Job Responsibilities & Description Customer Service Representative:

  • Manage telephone, and electronic interactions professionally, efficiently, and with excellent communication skills.
  • Effectively present and discuss the products and services to external and internal customers with integrity and understanding and accuracy with every interaction

Job Requirements Customer Service Representative:

  • Must be flexible to work varied shifts ranging anywhere from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. seven days a week including some holidays.
  • Possess excellent listening skills/ability to analyze for resolution, and be solution orientated.
  • Possess positive attitude, is upbeat, outgoing and confident.
  • Must be able to build and/or retain excellent customer relationships
