1. Customer Service - Candidate must have previous customer service experience in which they helped answer customer questions and resolve issues.

2. Written & Verbal Communication - All communication via inbound calls from customers, minor email communication and minor chat communication.

3. Microsoft Office - Will use basic Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook and Word. Must be comfortable navigating computer while on the phone with customers.

The Customer Care Rep 1 provides premium service and builds relationships with our customers through effective telephone, chat, email and social media correspondence. Majority of calls will be discussing logistics of packages, returns and refunds, product questions and warranty questions.

Work Environment

Remote (currently remote, but MUST LIVE WITHIN 40 MILES OF DECKERS)

- provide laptop, mouse, headset and magtek (credit card reader)


Monday - Friday (first 2 weeks): 8am - 5pm (cannot miss any time)


- must be open Mon - Sat from 8 - 5

- schedules are not set

- contractor will submit preference bid biweekly with their preferred schedule (will work saturdays)

  • Begins Oct. 4th


- must be quite and have zero distractions

- internet speed: 40mbps
