- Remote flexibility with limited onsite requirements (primarily during month-end)

- Hands-on role with ownership of core accounting and operational processes
- Exposure to ERP systems and process optimization initiatives

- Ability to influence reporting, controls, and automation efforts
- Lead cost accounting processes including inventory, WIP, and product costing
- Own key components of the month-end close, especially early close activities
- Analyze variances and translate findings into actionable insights
- Partner with operations to ensure accurate and timely financial data
- Enhance ERP data and reporting (Navision/AS400 preferred)
- Identify and implement process improvements across accounting workflows
- 5+ years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing or distribution
- Strong understanding of inventory, WIP, and cost structures
- Experience with ERP systems; Navision or AS400 preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
