Monday-Friday work schedule (With flexibility) You enjoy being an advocate for candidates and business area(s) You strive to exceed expectations You are an efficient time manager You believe details are important You are highly adaptable and enjoy partnering with clients You are not easily shaken (Always evaluating strategy to produce sound resolution) You are goal motivated and self-driven You work well independently with minimal oversight Comprehensive benefits that include a generous paid time off package Fitness and educational support How you will make an impact Actively manage the full life cycle hiring process across the enterprise (Internally and externally) Lead position intake meetings as the subject matter expert Provide a high level of servicethroughout the recruiting process, proactively updating leadership teams/key stakeholders of (Staffing issues, trending feedback/market obstacles, policies, and processes) Provide expertise on industry movements and review/apply innovative recruiting techniques to ensure competitiveness in hiring Source active and passive candidates utilizing multiple outlets Pre-screen applicants by reviewing resumes, coordinating required testing, and conducting phone screenings Manage and coordinate scheduling logistics between candidates and interview teams Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on candidates, searches, leader interactions, and other recruiting activities Provide offer recommendations to leadership teams, obtain offer proposal detail, input the information into approval system, and extend accordingly Participate in career fairs, networking, and recruiting events Create attractive job postings Post positions on external/internal job boards Various tasks and projects as assigned Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Two (2) years of full life-cycle recruitment work experience (Preferably withmid-senior level technicalpositions) Knowledge of recruitment-based web sites and sourcing tools Understanding of labor laws, equal employment opportunity, and fair employment practices Ability to travel when applicable (Minimal) Preferred Qualifications: Four (4) year degree in related field Five (5) years human resources experience Corporate recruiting experience (Both internally/externally) Experience inapplication and development and/or infrastructure Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills Ability to execute tailored recruiting and sourcing strategies to find information technology talent that is both rare and in high demand SuccessFactors familiarity or alike applicant tracking system experience Industry designations/certifications (SHRM-CP and/or PHR) Remote work experience Team-oriented with the ability to prioritize, maintain a high level of confidentiality, and work effectively with various departments, and vendors An operative and organized multi-tasker, with the ability to focus when items require attention for review, as you will be tasked with managing your work schedule and goals Ability to effectively manage assigned requisitions Ability to work independently, successfully Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable managing difficult conversations with ease and confidence Strong negotiation skills Aptitude to navigate various computer programs (Microsoft Office applications, internal systems, LinkedIn Recruiter) High attention to detail and thorough follow-up Passion to provide the highest quality of customer service PLEASE NOTE : In review of candidate qualifications, education, and skills, another job level may be considered. "Salary for this position can range from $59, 215 for candidates who are minimally qualified through $74,019for more highly qualified candidates.Candidates outside of the range are encouraged to apply, and will be considered based on experience, skill and education."
