This position is responsible for the sourcing and recruitment process for assigned departments to ensure timely hiring of clinic staff. The Recruiter develops and implements proactive and creative recruitment processes to ensure a strong pipeline for current and future openings. Responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing applicants for professional, technical, administrative, clinical and managerial positions throughout Anne Arundel Dermatology. This position is a remote based position.

Responsibilities:
Strong attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, familiarity with HRIS/Applicant Tracking systemsExcellent verbal and written communication skills Work in compliance with HIPAA, OSHA and all regulatory and company required guidelines.Must be proficient and comfortable with all aspects of computer usageAdherence to the healthcare compliance policy

Qualifications:
1-2 years recruitment experience in healthcare or a high-volume service industryBA or BS Degree in Business Administration, HR, related field, or eight years relevant experience
