Lakeshore Talent is seeking a Compensation Analyst to work remotely for a large, global organization. Ideal candidates must have 2-3 years of compensation experience as well as experience working with SAP SuccessFactors. This will be a contract position through June 2021.
Experience in SAP and SuccessFactors Employee Central with data management background
Expertise in the administration of SuccessFactors Compensation, Variable Pay and Performance
Knowledge of salary structures, incentive programs, market analysis and assessment
Understanding of job leveling and description
Work with implementation partners, HR process owners and IT team members to advise on the best way to leverage and configure SuccessFactors modules to achieve business objectives.
Ensure that SuccessFactors is properly configured according to best practices such that unique customizations and overly complex configurations are minimized
Responsible for the assessment, testing and application of SuccessFactors quarterly releases
Maintain and update system and process documentation including system admin procedures, manager and employee resource guides.
Communicates effectively with project team to identify problems, resolve inquiries, and derive appropriate system and/or process solutions.
Responsible for Administrator duties including but not limited to data loads, managing permission groups/roles, and form management
Ensures the accurate display of data in these systems, recognizing data problems or inconsistencies by understanding HR system data feeds and how they work with other business systems.
Reviews quarterly release notes and communicates system updates to stakeholders. Ensures systems are properly working after updates by developing test plans and executing them.
Provides technical assistance to end users of HR systems and other HR database
