Agents will read the notes on each org/chart before calling, dispositioning calls correctly, and following established operating procedures while maintaining high quality work. To be successful, the Outreach Agent will need to be able to toggle between applications and screens with ease. The ideal candidate will have customer service/sales experience and can work with providers to get a commitment on scheduling the chart retrieval, as the goal of each call is to speak to the provider/point of contact and gain a commitment for sending in the identified medical records to the client. High School Diploma or GED Must have high-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 25 MBPS and an upload speed of 5 MBPS 2 years' experience in call center work or 5 years of general customer service work. Computer savvy with the ability to toggle between multiple monitors and computer applications at the same time. Professional phone etiquette. Must have a dedicated, quiet, and uninterrupted wok space during work hours. Must be able to commit to the first 3 weeks of the assignment with no time missed.
