Details for the Call Center Agent:

  • Hourly Rate: $19.50 per hour
  • Hours of operation: Monday to Saturday 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM MST
  • Training Schedule: (first 6 weeks): Monday to Friday
  • Direct Hire Opportunit
  • Remote (Must Live In Idaho)

Job Responsibilities for the Call Center Agent:

  • Answering incoming calls for new and existing customers
  • Completing Enrollments
  • Troubleshooting any billing or technical issues
  • Discussing new policies, policy modifications, and bundling options to increase product sales.

Qualifications for the Call Center Agent:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be able to type 25 WPM
  • One to two years customer service experience preferred.
