Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are currently seeking a Spanish-speaking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work with children in home settings during day and after-school hours. Job Summary: As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress through data analysis, adjusting programs as needed, supervising sessions in person, providing guidance to behavior technicians, offering training to parents and caregivers, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and fulfilling any other duties as assigned by the Regional Director.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments and FBAs

- Develop individualized treatment plans

- Monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust programs accordingly

- Supervise sessions in person or virtually

- Provide training and support to behavior technicians

- Conduct parent and caregiver training

- Collaborate with other professionals

- Perform any other related duties as delegated by the Regional Director

 

Qualifications:

- BCBA Certification Required

- Experience working with children

- Proficiency in patient care and assessment

- Strong skills in data collection and analysis

- Background in working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder

- Knowledge of behavioral health principles

- Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations

- Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and behavioral therapy techniques

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $79.15 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week

Benefits: Flexible schedule

  • 4 hour shift
  • After school
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
  • License/Certification: BCBA (Required)

Location: New Jersey (Required)

Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
