Job Description

I am currently hiring MONTHLY TRAINING CLASSES of 20+ CSR's for a busy open enrollment season and client. They need at least 2 Bilingual Representatives for each training class. First class will start 10/11, 10/25, 11/8, and 11/15. These will move very quickly and offers will be extended by the end of the week. These are 6 Month Contract opportunities that have the opportunity to go permanent after 6 months for top performers. Equipment is provided. Schedule and pay rate listed below. Job Description-Deliver the highest level of customer service experience -Answer customer calls -Engage with customers over the phone and reply to online chat inquiries -Help customers manage their accounts -Find creative solutions to any, and all, consumer problems that arise -Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues in a timely manner -Input customer information into a database -Various administrative duties as assignedPay Rate: Bilingual Pay Rate (Spanish):$15.50/hrWork Environment/Training: Virtual Classroom lecture- 1-2 weeks then get on the phone to perform those functions, for 1 week to perform those functions. Approximately 3 weeks total. **Cannot miss anytime and must be on time during training unless it has been approved prior to hire AND MUST use self-study time to study only!!!**Training Shift: Monday through Friday, 9am- 5:30pm EST. Hours of Operation: Pre and Post Open Enrollment: Monday through Friday, 8am- 6pm EST Open Enrollment: Oct. 1- Jan. 15: Monday through Friday, 8am- 7pm EST and Saturday, 8am- 1pm ESTIndividuals will be assigned a permanent 8 hour shift within OEP and outside of OEP operating hours.Additional Skills & Qualifications+ 1+ Year of Call Center Experience+ Must have high speed reliable internet that can be plugged in via ethernet cable+ Cannot have any time off within first 3 weeks of training+ PREFERRED: Healthcare/benefits experience About Aston Carter: At Aston Carter, were dedicated to expanding career opportunities for the skilled professionals who power our business.
