Outcomes and Activities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies using a variety of digital marketing channels, such as website marketing, digital advertising, social, and multi-media content marketing to drive demand.
• Ongoing strategizing and optimization of paid digital channels, including search, display, social, SEM and SEO, based on learnings and data to meet defined outcomes.
• Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaign results against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends and competitor marketing movements.
• Provide strategic direction on the corporate website to correlate with marketing campaigns, identify new features to enhance the user experience, drive traffic through organic and paid search; enhance SEO and digital advertising ads; develop keyword and campaign strategy and testing.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product and Analytics teams to produce new and creative growth strategies with the goal of acquiring new and maintaining current customers.
• Writes clear and concise creative briefs, test documents, test plans and strategies, driving.
• Develop learning agendas and test plans to continually optimize creatives based on audience insights and in-market performance.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 1+ years of B2B or B2C digital marketing experience in a marketing organization
of at least 20 (client-side or agency).
• 1+ years writing creative briefs and partnering with creative teams.
Preferred:
• 1+ years working with marketing technology platforms and tools.
• 1+ years of experience in an agile operating model.
• 1+ years of marketing experience in financial services or other highly regulated
industries.
• Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience developing marketing materials, including but not limited to website,
Google Ads, sales support materials, HTML, emails, landing pages,
presentations, print ads, etc.
• Experience working in marketing automation systems, such as Pardot, Marketo,
Hubspot, Eloqua, etc., creating HTML emails and landing pages.
• Experience designing websites and/or working in CMS website platforms, such
as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla! , etc., and/or portal platforms such as Liferay.
• Experience with SEO and Google Analytics.
